Iain Colledge

Iain has a Bachelor Degree in Education, a Postgraduate Certificate in Management and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Management from the UK. His career began as a primary teacher in England and he has since been in Senior Leadership positions in British international schools in Jordan, Bahrain and most recently was Head Teacher of the British School of Tripoli in Libya. He has always been involved in school growth and development and has been a school leader of both primary and secondary schools. Iain is also qualified as an inspector for Ofsted.

 

Sathorn, Head of School

Karen Pennock

Karen has a host of International Experience. She taught initially in the Middle East before joining St. Andrews, Green Valley where she was Deputy Head and taught across the primary age range. She then moved to Bangkok to become the Founding Head of St. Andrews, Sathorn. She followed this with three years teaching in International schools in both Dubai and Cairo whilst completing a Masters in Bilingual Education with Birmingham University. She returned to resume her role as Head of Sathorn in August 2008

 

Green Valley, Head of School

Andrew Harrison

Andrew joined St. Andrews, Green Valley as Head of School in 2005. This is his second time working in Thailand as he was at Bangkok Patana school in the mid 1990's. In a career that has now spanned five International schools in four countries (Ethiopia, Thailand, Malawi and Tanzania), Andrew has taught at all age levels within the school, occupied numerous senior managerial roles, as well as being a Head of School. Before embarking on his international career, he taught in the UK, both in schools and in Outdoor Education centres.
